SHIPPING & RETURNS FOR TOTE BAGS AND SLIPPERS

RETURNS FOR TOTE BAGS

We will refund your purchase if the product has a quality issue and is returned, new, unworn, undamaged and in original packaging. Please note: returns need to be submitted no later than 1 week after dispatch date.

Due to shipping, your bag may arrive slightly out of shape as neoprene can crease, but fear not, with a little hanging on a coat hanger it will uncrease. 

We will not refund items for change of heart so please be sure of your purchase. All bag dimensions and details are on the product page to provide all  the information required before purchasing your item. 

For a return please send a mail to info@adornme.co.za with the reason for your return as well as a clear image of a/any damaged section/s. Once agreed by Adornme you can return your item to us with your preferred courier. Please note: we do not pay for returns to our premises. 

If a refund is due, your funds will be credited back to your original form of payment. Please note: that this can take 10 days to reflect after we receive your return item. 

CARE & WASHING INSTRUCTIONS FOR TOTE BAGS

Adornme bags are made from premium quality perforated 4mm thick neoprene (wetsuit fabric) 

Neoprene is a durable fabric, however over time it will show signs of wear and tear like any other bag.

Do not wash in a washing machine. The bags are best wiped with a damp cloth and detergent, and clean easily. Do not use any solvents or alcohol detergents on your bag.

Hang your bag on a coat hanger to dry out of direct sunlight. 

Please avoid oil, grease (sunblock) and sharp objects.

Do not excessively overload the bag.

RETURNS FOR SLIPPERS

We will refund your purchase if the product has a quality issue and is returned, new, unworn, undamaged and in original packaging. Please note: returns need to be submitted no later than 1 week after dispatch date.

If the size is incorrect, we will exchange it for another size provided we have the stock. In the case of no stock we will refund you once the slippers are returned to us. Please note that return courier will be at your own expense.

We will not refund items for change of heart so please be sure of your purchase. All sizing/sizes are stated in the shoe description, please make sure you choose your right size and colour before purchasing your item.

COURIER

Orders can take 2 - 5 working days to arrive. Once your payment is received we will hand over your shipment to our courier (Courier Guy) We courier from Johannesburg and are equipped to ship nationwide.
